Meet Melodie Elliott

Melodie Elliott is managing director at Sunwest Communications.
Melodie Elliott joined Sunwest Communications in 2000. Prior to joining Sunwest, she served as a Senior Account Executive and Account Supervisor with solid public relations experience from a variety of national consumer and technology clients.
Ms. Elliott’s DIY client experience includes over 350 desk-side briefings conducted and media campaigns boosting over 400 million media impressions. On the DIY front, she counts Liquid Nails brand adhesives, Beckett Corporation (a leading water gardening and fountain manufacturer), Thompson’s Water Seal, RPM (Varathane Renewal wood floor restoration) and American Designer Pottery (a Fiskar’s product).
Other consumer clients include: Additions by Bagworks, Keys Fitness, IronKids Bread, Nestle Quik, Stouffer’s, Don Pablo’s Restaurants, Arrid, Uncle Ben’s Rice and Scottish Rite Hospital.
She holds a bachelor’s degree in journalism with public relations emphasis from Texas A&M University, where she served as president of the A&M chapter of the Public Relations Student Society of America.
